1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Arrivals Vietnam ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Arrivals Vietnam is a private service that assists travelers with the preparation and submission of Vietnam Digital Arrival Card (VDAC) applications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Vietnamese government or any government agency.

The official VDAC is issued by the Vietnamese government and is free of charge at https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn, where you can also complete it yourself. Our fee of USD $19.00 is for the assistance described above — preparing, checking and filing your application — and not for the card itself.

Our service includes:

• Fast-track processing of VDAC applications
• Document verification
• 24/7 customer support
• Email delivery of completed VDAC

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Ensure all passport and travel information is correct
• Keep your application reference number secure
• Check your email (including spam folder) for our communications
• Comply with all Vietnamese immigration laws and requirements

4. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent)
• Have a valid passport
• Be eligible to enter Vietnam
• Have a valid payment method

5. Fees and Payment

Our service fee is USD $19.00 per application. This fee covers:

• Application processing and verification
• Fast-track submission to Vietnamese authorities
• 24/7 customer support
• Email delivery

Payment is processed securely through Stripe or WeChat Pay. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

Note: This fee is for our service only and does not include any government fees (the VDAC itself is currently free from the Vietnamese government).

6. Processing Time

We aim to process applications within 24-48 hours. However, processing times may vary depending on:

• Volume of applications
• Accuracy of submitted information
• Vietnamese immigration system availability
• Additional verification requirements

We are not responsible for delays caused by Vietnamese government systems or incomplete applications.

7. Refund Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee approval of your VDAC application
• We are not responsible for visa denials or entry refusals
• We are not liable for losses resulting from system downtime
• We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by users
• Our liability is limited to the service fee paid

9. Disclaimers

Important disclaimers:

• We are a private service, not a government agency
• The VDAC does not guarantee entry into Vietnam
• Final entry decisions are made by Vietnamese immigration officers
• You must still comply with all Vietnamese immigration requirements
• You are responsible for having valid travel documents
• Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Arrivals Vietnam or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

11. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

• Submit false or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person
• Engage in illegal activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt our Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Service at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Providing false information
• Abusive behavior towards our staff

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
